Bird tragedy today in Clayton, GA

I was very sad to hear a thud on my widow today and later found that a nice female Rose-breasted Grosbeak broke her neck. I know that a female purple Finch looks very similar so Bill, correct me if I am wrong. Here is a photo of the poor victim. RIP

    Very sad.

Tony as you know, the bird forum here is not private.
To that end have made a thread with a title people surfing the web might hit on.

I have posted some of my thoughts and solutions there. Maybe the info will grow as others add.

If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer.
Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away. - Thoreau
