    Indigo Bunting

It has been cloudy and cold (mid 70's) for two days. Not much rain though.
Under the yard feeder an Indigo Bunting landed. I picked up my new camera and he flew.
Here is an old poor photo of one:

I need to organize my photos so I can find things.
They are about the size of a Gold Finch and prefer small seeds like millet.
They are vibrant blue, hard to miss. They Summer all up the east coast.
They are not migrants past here, but to here, as some Summer in my county. In my yard, I see them every year when they arrive but then rarely during the Summer. I guess they spread out in the woods. They don't flock like finches, and the male guards a territory like many birds do.

I am waiting with the camera.
I am the only guy in a tie

New camera? What did you get? I'll bet it's a good addition to AO's junk.
