Tooks my puppy Vizsla dog to Fort Fisher. we walked along the beach and the trail out to the observation platform. The 2 best birds of the day were and American Oystercatcher and a White Ibis my dog flushed for the marsh grass. It was 15 feet away very cool. Saw some Ruddy Turnstones is winter plumage, Sanderling, Brown Pelican and the usual suspects. Was not a good day for sparrow hunting. the winds kept them pinned down in the brush.
