Great Day !! On the porch playing Miles Davis to loud on a sunny day, and a Brown Creeper appeared. I suspect they are about, but I have not seen one for a couple years.
For me they are a Winter bird.
They start at the bottom of a tree and climb up looking for insects, the opposite of my Nuthatches. They are happy with just 10 calories a day, even though they climb up all day.
No good photos, but good enough to ID. I have better ones from days past, but here is today. It was about 70' off in a tall Gum Tree. My main lens is kaput, but this one is OK.
