Out riding on the lake today and snapped this bird.

So what is it?
Here are some cropped shots:

Note the dark feet, white eye rings, and black beak with yellow tip.
Birds are like people and all of one type do not look alike. Male, female, and immature look different.
My guess is Sabine Gull - but this bird has white eye patches.
My guess is a Franklin Gull - but this bird has a yellow beak tip and a black bill, not reddish.
Neither of those live here - or so experts say.
